Moving between windows, including switching between full screen and normal viewing modes,
while using Internet Explorer 6, can cause keyboard navigation to lock. To resolve this issue,
refresh your browser window.

SAFARI (MAC)
System settings on OSX can restrict your ability to utilize keyboard navigation. To resolve this issue:
- Open the Apple menu.
- Select System Preferences....
- Click Keyboard & Mouse.
- Click on Keyboard Shortcuts.
- Scroll to Keyboard Navigation.
- Verify that the Turn full keyboard access on or off option is checked.
The ability to enable Active-X controls via keyboard commands is restricted when using Internet Explorer with JavaScript disabled in conjunction with JAWS. To remedy, you must enable JavaScript. To enable JavaScript in Internet Explorer:
- Start Internet Explorer.
- Choose Tools > Internet Options.
- Click the Security tab to display the Security panel.
- Click the Custom level... button.
- Scroll to the Scripting section.
- Select Active Scripting: Enable.
- Click OK.
- Click Yes, if prompted.
- Click OK again.
- Close all open Internet Explorer browser windows.
- Reopen Internet Explorer and return to this site.
